How are these estimates calculated?
Revenue projections are calculated as: Qualifying Guests × Conversion Rate × Avg Booking Value. Guest counts come directly from your data. Conversion rates use STR industry benchmarks (e.g. 18% for direct repeat booking campaigns) — these are replaced by your actual conversion rates after RightNext runs its first campaign cycle. Average booking value is derived from your spend data where available, or uses a £350 industry default. OTA savings assume 15% commission on bookings converted from Airbnb/Booking.com to direct. All figures are projections that sharpen with every campaign cycle.

How complete and reliable is your guest data for this opportunity? More email addresses, stay dates, and spend data means higher confidence.
SEG — Segment Size (25%)
How many guests qualify? Larger segments mean more revenue potential and more statistical reliability.
HIST — Historical (25%)
Is there evidence this type of opportunity has worked before? Repeat bookings, high spend, and return visits all signal historical strength.
TIME — Timing (15%)
Is now the right moment? Considers seasonality, time since last stay, and booking windows for your market.
OTA — OTA Urgency (15%)
